Chocolate-dipped pretzels

These small treats are perfect to accompany your aperitif, a light dessert or enhance your board games!

Ingredients

  1. A bag of pretzel sticks.
  2. 1 x 425 g can of Chocolats Favoris fondue of your choice.
  3. Your favourite topping: Graham cracker crumbs, small candy pearls, coloured sugar, etc.

Directions

  1. Boil the can of Chocolats Favoris fondue according to the directions.
  2. Wait for the chocolate to cool slightly.
  3. Dip ¾ of the pretzel in chocolate and roll it in the topping.
  4. Place the sticks on waxed paper to dry, or stick them in Styrofoam cup or a pot of sugar for perfect results.

Chocolats Favoris tips

Melted chocolate, once cooled, does not withstand changes in temperature very well. Keep your sticks in a cool place. Do not refrigerate them.

For best results, make these sticks the night before or on the same day.

Spice things up! Try making two dips with different chocolates or even add a touch of white chocolate on dark chocolate for that extra WOW (and YUM) factor.


The recipe is simple, the sweet and savory result is delicious and everyone is happy.
