If more than 15 days have passed since your purchase and the order has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund for an unwanted order.

If you do not receive an order within 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us via email at [email protected], including the reference number. A service ticket will be sent to our shipping partner to investigate the delivery.
If the order is still being prepared, it is possible to cancel the order. Please contact us via email at [email protected] including the reference number.
Once an order is already being processed by the delivery company, we cannot cancel it. In this case, you must refuse the package upon receipt. Only then will it be returned to the factory, and we will proceed with the refund.
Our policy covers 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase and it has been delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund for an unwanted order. To be eligible for a return, the package must be in the same condition you received it. It must not be opened under any circumstances. Any item that has been opened, resized, damaged, or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or refund.
The package must be returned by mail to: Chocolats Favoris, 4355 Jean-Marchand Street, Suite 101, Quebec (Quebec) G2C 0N2. No purchase can be returned or exchanged in-store. Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
We do not accept exchanges at the Factory or in-store. If you no longer want your order, you must follow the instructions under "Returning an order" above.
Unfortunately, we cannot charge your bank information. Once an order is completed, we cannot modify or add items. To obtain new items, you must order again and pay the shipping fees. We cannot combine your different orders to benefit from a shipping fee reduction.

No refunds will be granted after the dates mentioned in the conditions of any Chocolats Favoris promotion.
