Chocolate Berry Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • 1 container of vanilla Greek yogurt (750 g), at room temperature
  • 1 Original Milk Mini Fondue
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) raspberries
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) blueberries
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) granola (optional)
  1. Line a rimmed 33 cm × 25 cm (13” × 10”) sheet pan with plastic wrap. Spread the yogurt in an even layer across the sheet pan.
  2. Follow the instructions on the package to heat the fondue in the microwave. Let sit for a few minutes.
  3. Gently pour the fondue over the yogurt, forming circles. Using a large wooden skewer, make circular movements in the mixture to ob-tain a marbled effect.
  4. Scatter the raspberries, blueberries and granola (if desired) over the mixture, then lightly press them into the yogurt. Freeze until firm (about 3–4 hours).
  5. Remove from the baking sheet and cut into ten pieces. Keep in the freezer in an airtight container.
  6. Make sure the fondue isn’t too hot when you add it to the yogurt.
