An iced dessert, an explosion of flavours: Experience a symphony of textures and tastes with our bursts of frozen yogurt with chocolate and berries, a true delight for all the senses.
- 1 container of vanilla Greek yogurt (750 g), at room temperature
- 1 Original Milk Mini Fondue
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) raspberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) blueberries
- 80 ml (1/3 cup) granola (optional)
- Line a rimmed 33 cm × 25 cm (13” × 10”) sheet pan with plastic wrap. Spread the yogurt in an even layer across the sheet pan.
- Follow the instructions on the package to heat the fondue in the microwave. Let sit for a few minutes.
- Gently pour the fondue over the yogurt, forming circles. Using a large wooden skewer, make circular movements in the mixture to ob-tain a marbled effect.
- Scatter the raspberries, blueberries and granola (if desired) over the mixture, then lightly press them into the yogurt. Freeze until firm (about 3–4 hours).
- Remove from the baking sheet and cut into ten pieces. Keep in the freezer in an airtight container.
- Make sure the fondue isn’t too hot when you add it to the yogurt.
