Maple and Chocolate Bacon Skewers

- 8 bacon slices
- 1 Original Milk Fondue can (215 g)
- 60 ml (¼ cup) chopped pecans
- 60 ml (¼ cup) maple flakes
- ¼ tub/bag of maple cotton candy (35 g), torn into small chunks
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Thread the bacon slices onto the eight skewers.
- Arrange the skewers on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the bacon is crispy, flipping the skewers once about halfway through.
- Meanwhile, follow the instructions on the package to heat the Original Milk Fondue.
- Pat the bacon dry with a paper towel and place the skewers on a wire rack.
- Pour the fondue into a deep plate. Dip the skewers in the fondue, then place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Immediately sprinkle the skewers with pecans, maple flakes and cotton candy.
