Sunday brunch
When the glass of warm and comforting milk meets the festive brunch!
- 2 oz of Choco Cream
- ½ oz amaretto (or 0.25 oz honey)
- 6 oz of milk
- 1 star anise
- 1 small pinch of cinnamon
- 1 orange zest
- Decoration: Grilled marshmallow (optional)
You will need:
- Collins glass
- Small saucepan
- Spoon
- Cocktail strainer
- Blowtorch
- In a saucepan, stir in the milk, star anise, cinnamon and orange zest.
- Heat over low heat without ever boiling.
- In a Collins glass, pour Choco Cream with amaretto or honey then pour the milk with the help of the sieve, to filter the liquid.
- Garnish with a giant marshmallow and lightly grill with a blowtorch (optional).
