Sunday brunch

When the glass of warm and comforting milk meets the festive brunch!

  • 2 oz of Choco Cream
  • ½ oz amaretto (or 0.25 oz honey)
  • 6 oz of milk
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 small pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 orange zest
  • Decoration: Grilled marshmallow (optional)

You will need:

  • Collins glass
  • Small saucepan
  • Spoon
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Blowtorch
  1. In a saucepan, stir in the milk, star anise, cinnamon and orange zest.
  2. Heat over low heat without ever boiling.
  3. In a Collins glass, pour Choco Cream with amaretto or honey then pour the milk with the help of the sieve, to filter the liquid.
  4. Garnish with a giant marshmallow and lightly grill with a blowtorch (optional).
