Chocolate tacos
Why settle for simple tacos... When you can eat chocolate tacos!
TACO SHELL
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup (185 ml) sugar
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) grapeseed oil (or any vegetable oil)
- 1 cup (250 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
TOPPING
- Some dried marshmallows
- Whipped cream
- Fresh fruit
- Some salted popcorn
- 1 can (215 g) of Chocolats Favoris fondue (any flavour)
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Heat the waffle cone machine.
- For each taco, place 2 tablespoons of the mix in the middle of the baking sheet and bake for about 4 minutes.
- Once removed from the machine, give the tacos the shape you like. They will harden as they cool.
- Garnish with your favourite fondue.
