Salted Caramel Chocolate Popcorn Squares
So simple and divine!
- 2 Chocolats Favoris Salted Caramel Fondue cans (425 g each)
- 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) mini marshmallows
- 30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter
- 1.5 litres (6 cups) plain popcorn
- Follow the instructions on the package to heat the fondues.
- In a bowl, mix half the mini marshmallows with the butter and one fondue can until smooth.
- Whisk in three quarters of the second fondue can. Add the popcorn and stir.
- Take a 20 cm (8”) square pan, grease it with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the mix into the square pan and level the surface. Scatter the remaining mini marshmallows on top and press lightly.
- Drizzle the rest of the fondue over the mixture.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cut into 16 squares.
