Salted Caramel Chocolate Popcorn Squares

  • 2 Chocolats Favoris Salted Caramel Fondue cans (425 g each)
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) mini marshmallows
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp.) butter
  • 1.5 litres (6 cups) plain popcorn
  1. Follow the instructions on the package to heat the fondues.
  2. In a bowl, mix half the mini marshmallows with the butter and one fondue can until smooth.
  3. Whisk in three quarters of the second fondue can. Add the popcorn and stir.
  4. Take a 20 cm (8”) square pan, grease it with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper.
  5. Pour the mix into the square pan and level the surface. Scatter the remaining mini marshmallows on top and press lightly.
  6. Drizzle the rest of the fondue over the mixture.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  8. Cut into 16 squares.
