Share
  • 1 Original Dark Fondue can (425 g)
  • 1/2 bag of Original Dark Chocolate Drops (250 g)
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) butter
  • 160 ml (2/3 cup) sweetened condensed milk
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cups) raspberries
  1. Follow the instructions on the package to heat the fondue.
  2. In a double boiler pot, melt the chocolate drops.
  3. Add butter, sweetened condensed milk and fondue. Stir until well combined. Add half the raspberries and stir again.
  4. Take a 20 cm (8”) square pan, grease it with cooking spray, then line it with parchment paper. Pour the mix into the square pan and level the surface. Scatter the remaining raspberries over the mix and press lightly. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
  5. Let it sit for 15 minutes at room temperature, then cut into 36 squares.

To make this recipe a success, it’s important to follow the ingredient list to the letter. The chocolate drops are particularly important to get the perfect texture!

Raspberries are, without a doubt, some of the best fruits to pair with chocolate. Want to mix it up? This recipe would also be delicious with strawberries cut into pieces or even blueberries!
