Puff pastry
Here is the recipe of your favorite puff pastry!
- 1 cup flour
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 ½ tsp. sugar
- ½ cup butter
- 4 eggs
- In a pot, mix together the milk, water, sugar, salt and butter.
- Bring to a boil, making sure the butter is well-melted.
- Add all the flour. Turn off the heat and mix well.
- Add the eggs one at a time.
- As you add each egg, mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Place parchment paper on 2 cookie sheets.
- Prepare a piping bag.
- Form 3 - 3 ½ in. coils, making sure to keep a 1 ½ in. distance between the coils.
- Heat oven at 375 °F le four à 375°F. and bake for 15 minutes.
- After the first 15 minutes, turn the sheets around and lower the oven to 350 °F. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Completely cool the éclairs.
